How to set up a posting schedule with the best times to post

To setup your posting schedule using best time to post:


  • Go to the Social Accounts tab.



  • Once you're in the Social Accounts tab, find the social account for which you want to create a new time slot and select it.
  • Then, choose the option labeled Posting Schedule.



  • After going to the Posting Schedule click on the Autofill button.



  • Lastly, you can check the Best time to post option to populate your schedule.



  • Once you Generate you can check the slots to post.



If no time slots are generated, it means that there are not enough data from analytics to generate slots. The Best Times to Post data is based on previous posts that you have shared. Gtcdrom will analyze them, see which posts have performed best, and use that data to provide the time slots.

To set up your posting schedule using best times to post:


  • Open the Gtcdrom mobile app.
  • Go to your workspace and find the social account you want to manage.
  • Tap the three dots next to the account.
  • Select Account Settings.



  • Tap on Posting Schedule.



  • Once you're in the Posting Schedule, tap the three dots in the top right corner.
  • Select Autofill.



  • Choose the option Best times to post to automatically populate your schedule based on analytics and click on Generate.



  • Once generated, you will see the created time slots directly in your posting schedule.


If no time slots are generated, it means there is not enough data from analytics. The Best Times to Post feature is based on your previous posts. Gtcdrom analyzes their performance and uses that data to suggest optimal time slots.


  • You can always check your analytics to see if there is enough data available for best times to post.
